What’s the difference between snorkeling and freediving?

Do I need to be very fit to start freediving?

What equipment do I need to bring?
Mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, and weight belt. Rental gear is available if you don’t have your own. - 6
How deep will I dive during the course?
Depth depends on your comfort level and course level, but beginners usually reach 10–20 meters. - 7
How long does the course take?
Most beginner courses take 2–3 days including theory, pool session, and open-water dives. - 8
Will I learn how to hold my breath longer?
