FREEDIVING COURSE & TRAINING

Intro to Freediving

Intro to Freediving is an introductory session designed for beginners who want to experience freediving for the first time without joining a full certification course. In this session, participants learn the basics of breathing techniques, fundamental safety principles, and basic freediving skills, followed by simple practice in a swimming pool to help them become comfortable with breath-hold diving in a safe and controlled environment.

Freedive Course

A course is an structured freediving learning program. The program is guided by a certified instructor and follows a curriculum that includes theory, pool training, and open water sessions. Participants learn freediving techniques, safety procedures, and rescue skills. At the end of the program there is usually an evaluation, and participants who pass will receive a freediving certification.

Freedive Training

Training is practice aimed at improving freediving skills after someone already has basic knowledge or experience. It is usually less formal and does not follow a fixed curriculum, and it can be done individually or with a buddy. The main focus is to improve performance such as breath-hold time, depth, or finning technique, so no certification is given because the purpose is purely for practice and skill development.

Yes. You need basic swimming ability and comfort in the water.

  • 3

    Is freediving safe for beginners?
Absolutely—when practiced with proper techniques and supervision. Our instructors prioritize safety at every step.
